Almighty God, I confess that I am a sinner. Please forgive me of all my sins. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He took all my sins upon Himself and that He died and rose again. I receive Him into my life as my Lord & Saviour. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
